Open Positions:

Structural Project Manager (8–10+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager with strong technical and leadership capabilities. This role is ideal for engineers who want to lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring teams and shaping the future of a growing firm.
- Lead structural projects from concept through construction
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients and consultants
- Oversee design of concrete, steel, wood, and foundation systems
- Review calculations and drawings prior to issuance
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project profitability
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff development
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 8+ years managing structural projects
- Strong experience with building design and documentation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of wind design and load paths
- 10+ years of experience
- P.E. license (preferred but not required)
- Florida permitting experience
- Multifamily, commercial, or industrial project background

Structural Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated Structural Engineer with strong technical fundamentals and experience in building design. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with project managers, architects, and contractors on impactful projects across Florida.
- Structural analysis and design of concrete, steel, and wood systems
- Develop calculations per FBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC standards
- Coordinate with architects, MEP, and civil teams
- Prepare construction documents and details
- Participate in RFIs, shop drawings, and site observations
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering
- 5+ years of building design experience
- Experience with Florida projects preferred
- Strong understanding of wind design and constructability
- Florida P.E. license (or ability to obtain)
- Multifamily or commercial project experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
